Silicon Emulsions
Silicone Emulsions are water-based formulations containing finely dispersed silicone oils or polymers, designed to deliver the performance benefits of silicone in an easy-to-apply and environmentally friendly form. These emulsions combine the unique properties of silicones—such as water repellency, lubrication, gloss enhancement, thermal stability, and chemical resistance—with the convenience and safety of aqueous systems. Silicone emulsions are widely used in industries including textiles, automotive, construction, personal care, paints and coatings, and rubber processing. In textile applications, they provide softness and smoothness to fabrics; in polishes and coatings, they enhance shine and surface protection; and in release and mold applications, they reduce friction and sticking.
Silicone Emulsion (22%)
Silicone emulsion 22% is a water-based formulation that contains about 22% active silicone content dispersed in water with the help of emulsifying agents. It is widely used in industries to provide lubrication, water repellency, gloss, and surface protection to various materials. This type of silicone emulsion forms a thin, smooth film on surfaces that improves slip properties and reduces friction. It is commonly used in textile finishing, paper processing, rubber and plastic manufacturing, and polishing applications. Silicone emulsion 22% is preferred in applications where moderate silicone concentration is required along with easy dilution and good spreading properties.

Silicone Emulsion (39%)
Silicone emulsion 39% contains a higher concentration of silicone, approximately 39%, which provides stronger performance compared to lower concentration emulsions. Due to its high silicone content, it offers excellent lubrication, high gloss, water repellency, and superior surface smoothness. It is widely used in textile finishing, automotive polishes, leather treatment, mold release agents, and industrial coatings. Silicone emulsion 39% is often used when stronger surface effects, better durability, and improved resistance to moisture and wear are required in the final product.

Silicone Emulsion (15%)
Silicone emulsion 15% is a low-concentration silicone formulation in which about 15% silicone is dispersed in water. It is commonly used in applications that require light lubrication, mild water repellency, and surface conditioning without excessive silicone buildup. Because of its lower viscosity and easy dilution, it is suitable for textile softening, paper treatment, cleaning products, and surface polishes. Silicone emulsion 15% provides smoothness and a soft feel to treated materials while maintaining cost efficiency and easy application in industrial processes.
